Paid Ads Case Study
From $10,000 to $60,000 in Monthly Conversion Value. Same Ad Budget.
One e-commerce brand was spending about $3,000 a month on Google Ads with everything blended into a single campaign. We restructured it. Nothing else changed. Conversion value went 6x in a month.

What Actually Changed
The client is an e-commerce store selling products between $200 and $700, spending roughly $3,000 a month on Google Ads. Everything was running as one generalized campaign.
We split it into two. A Search campaign aimed at broad, interest-based demand, top of the funnel. And a Performance Max campaign used specifically to retarget people who'd already shown interest.
Same combined budget, roughly $3,000 a month. No new spend. We understood the customer journey and fixed a few things within the funnel.
The lesson: most ad accounts don't have a budget problem. They have a structure problem.
What We Do
We run Google and Meta ad campaigns for growing e-commerce and service businesses, on an ongoing basis. That means:
- A full audit of your existing accounts, campaigns, and funnel
- Restructuring campaigns around how your customers actually buy, not generic best practice
- Ongoing testing, optimization, and budget management week to week
- Straight monthly reporting on what's working and what isn't
This is for you if
- You're already spending $1,500+/month on Google or Meta ads
- Your average order value or ticket price is $100 or more
- You have a working site or funnel, it needs to convert better, not be rebuilt from scratch
- You want a media buyer running and optimizing your accounts long-term, not a one-off fix
This isn't for you if
- You don't have an ad budget yet
- You're spending under $500/month and still testing
- You want a "set it and forget it" hand-off with zero involvement
- You expect results with no changes to your funnel or offer
One question: are you already spending $1,500+ a month on ads and not seeing the return you should? If yes, let's fix the structure.
