Experienced Media Buyer

Social Funnel runs paid acquisition for high-ticket businesses across Kenya and Africa. We're looking for a media buyer who treats ad spend like it's their own money, someone who can take a client's budget and turn it into a predictable pipeline of booked calls and closed deals.

What you'll do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for high-ticket client accounts
  • Own budget allocation and bidding strategy to hit target CPL/CPA across multiple live accounts
  • Build and iterate on audience, creative, and offer tests, kill what doesn’t work, scale what does
  • Report on performance weekly with clear, honest numbers, not vanity metrics
  • Work closely with the creative and sales teams to make sure ad spend is actually converting to booked calls and closed deals
  • Stay ahead of platform changes (iOS updates, algorithm shifts, new ad formats) and adapt accounts accordingly

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on media buying experience with real budgets, not just internal/agency training accounts
  • Proven track record running Meta Ads; Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads experience is a strong plus
  • Comfortable reading a P&L and understanding how ad spend ties to client revenue, not just CTR and reach
  • Sharp with numbers, you naturally think in CPL, CAC, ROAS, and payback period
  • Based in or able to work Kenya/East Africa hours
  • Portfolio or case studies showing campaigns you’ve personally managed and the results they drove
