Where These Numbers Come From
Social Funnel has managed marketing campaigns for businesses in construction, real estate, legal, consulting, and private education across Kenya since 2020. Over three years, we ran controlled experiments on our own lead pipeline: measuring response time, personalisation quality, follow-up cadence, and nurture.
The 3× conversion improvement is the median result across internal tests where we replaced manual follow-up with automated, personalised AI responses and systematic scoring. It is not a client promise or a guaranteed outcome. It is what happened when we fixed all five revenue leaks at once.
